KSh 150 per redeemed voucher
M-Vocha charges a flat fee of KSh 150 for each voucher a customer redeems. No monthly fee, and nothing is charged until a voucher is actually redeemed.

This Merchant Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically upon acceptance by the Merchant and governs participation on the M-Vocha platform.
M-Vocha provides a digital platform that enables Merchants to market, sell, and redeem vouchers. M-Vocha acts solely as a marketing and facilitation platform and does not provide the underlying goods or services.
3.1 The Merchant agrees that all discounts listed on the M-Vocha platform shall meet the minimum discount published by M-Vocha for the Merchant's industry category, unless expressly approved in writing by M-Vocha. The minimum may be expressed as a minimum amount saved by the customer, a minimum percentage discount, or both, in which case a voucher must satisfy both.
3.1.1 The minimum applicable to each industry category is shown on the Merchant dashboard when a voucher is created, and is KES 2,000 unless stated otherwise for the Merchant's category.
3.1.2 A change to the published minimum applies to vouchers created after the change. Vouchers already published remain valid under the minimum that applied when they were created.

5.1 The Merchant pays M-Vocha KSh 150 per redeemed voucher.
5.2 M-Vocha charges a flat fee of KSh 150 for each voucher a customer redeems. No monthly fee, and nothing is charged until a voucher is actually redeemed.
5.3 There is no monthly fee, no listing fee and no sign-up fee. Nothing is charged for creating an account, publishing a voucher, or a voucher that a customer downloads but never uses. The fee applies only when a redemption actually happens.
5.4 M-Vocha may revise this fee with reasonable notice. A revision applies to redemptions occurring after it takes effect; it is never applied retrospectively to redemptions already reconciled.
6.1 Merchant accounts shall be reconciled monthly, covering all redemptions within the reconciliation period.
6.2 Reconciliation statements shall be issued monthly to the Merchant for review.
6.3 Any disputes must be raised within seven (7) days of receipt. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance.
6.4 Payments due shall be settled within fourteen (14) days following reconciliation, unless otherwise agreed.
7.1 The Merchant bears full responsibility for: Service delivery; Customer complaints; Refunds resulting from service failure.
7.2 M-Vocha shall not be liable for refunds except where a failure is solely attributable to the M-Vocha platform.
8.1 The Merchant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless M-Vocha from any claims, damages, penalties, or legal costs arising from: Failure to honour vouchers; Misrepresentation of offers; Regulatory or licensing breaches; Customer claims related to service delivery.
8.2 M-Vocha’s total liability shall be limited to the commission earned on the affected voucher.
9.1 The Merchant grants M-Vocha a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use its name, logo, and promotional materials for marketing purposes.
9.2 All M-Vocha intellectual property remains the exclusive property of M-Vocha.
M-Vocha may suspend or terminate the Merchant’s account immediately in cases of: Agreement breach; Fraud or misuse; Reputational risk to M-Vocha. Outstanding obligations survive termination.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public business, financial, and customer information.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
