8) Transferability & Cash Value
○ Voucher is non-transferable and for use by the original recipient only.
○ Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative

○ All services are provided by Spa by Xenaxia.
○ Any service-related concerns, cancellations, or disputes must be addressed
